So I was tightening the bolt for the banjo fitting for the oil inlet. The one that goes from the block to the top of the turbo. And the bolt was not able to tighten and it broke the insert in the block. I was able to re-thread and twist in a new steel insert, but when trying to tighten the bolt it twists in all the way but does not get really tight, it just continues to spin, and oil leaks. The insert is still in their good, but if I were to use more washers would that allow the bolt to get tight and fix the leak, or is their some sort of apoxie I could use? Any suggestions?
