Hey everyone. Just want to clarify something. Is the CA Clutch interchangeable with the SR and KA?

If the plate is 225mm IIRC is the size of the KA/SR plate then I guess they would be :D
ka clutch can be used on ca if you remove a pin from the CA flywheel, CA should work on ka. i think sr is out there alone unless you use an SR flywheel then you need to change starters as well.
yea u either need the ka clutch or u need the sr flywheel/clutch/starter

spec makes CA18DET clutch kits, though i kno people dont speak very highly of spec
Well, the clutch on my CA decided to die on me, so i need a new one. I dont have the money right now to purchase a spec clutch, and i just need a clutch to throw in there so i can drive my car. So basically, if i buy an OE KA clutch, I can put it on my car with no problems?
you should be able to, everyone i talked to said you could. i bought a ka clutch and was going to put it in before my project went to shit. i've still got it if you want one

Hmmm. Is your clutch an OE stock replacement or is it a stage 1 or what? And what is the make of the clutch?

its a regular run of the mill, 240 clutch
I've got a LUK clutch on my CA18, doesnt cost that much, and is good for up to 280-300bhp (Friends of mine got the same clutch, and that amount of bhp). Costs, 175dollar and is probably one of the cheapest you can buy.

JUN Does lightend flywheels for the CA18DET, 512dollar from where I buy my parts..

did you bother to check to see if they are in stock which most likely isnt, for Jun CA parts from takakaira is about a 3+ month wait.

did you bother to check and see if theres sand in your vagina? relax man damn. sorry i brought up something that i havent seen mentioned before. i forgot giving options was a bad idea. not like i care about wait time regardless....my motors not going in for another 2 months id say.
enjukuracing.com

clutchmasters.com

both have ca clutches....
you need to relax douche bag, dont go thinking your the man because you found a site that lists CA parts. Trust me everyone is ahead of the game when it comes to those sites. Yup Takakaira, Raretrick, Greenline list CA parts but never stock them.

As for enjuku they only have spec clutches which we all know suck to begin with, people who arent producing much power less than 250whp are slipping constantly.

Clutchmasters well aparently Boost Boy has had bad luck with them but than again its Boost Boy and he's a fucking idiot.

Thankfully I have a Nismo CA clutch.
