All new members do not have access to the Forum Marketplace untill they are a member for 10 days and have 3 posts. After that is completed they will also be able to start new threads in all Forum sections.
I suggest that for the required 3 posts you do not:
-Thread jack (ask a question in someone else's thread)
-Post random crap in people's threads
-Start a thread in the beginners section just to use up your posts
A good example of ways to use up these 3 posts (2 posts after you introduce yourself in the intro thread) is go to the builds section and give some positive feedback to people's threads.
This also applies to modifying your profile, seeing certain other sections, etc etc. If you see under your name says "Be nice, I'm new here!", you're limited. When it shows:
, you have full access.
This is built into the forum coding, there's nothing anyone can do to approve you early or anything of the sort.
