CT’s-v caliper swap question

923 Views 4 Replies 2 Participants Last post by  Lmarinukjr
I have a 97 240sx I ordered the brackets and hardware to put the ctsv 4 piston calipers on. So I started the swap this morning. Got the knuckles tapped and drilled went to install the caliper and the hardware is too big for the calipers? Am I supposed to tap the calipers too? I’m at the point of no return. Thanks in advance

I'm not exactly familiar with the CTSV swap, I will look into it a little later on.
Don't do any more drilling or tapping.
Which swap kit do you have?

However, are you in Philly? I'm not that far from you.

I figured out the calipers issue I ordered the wrong bracket kit. Yes I’m in northeast philly
No way. Small world. My gf used to live right off of Loretto.

Glad you got it figured out.
Did you have to mess with your brake booster or adjust anything?
You on stock S14 rears or Z32/something else?

Hopefully I can get one of mine up and running soon so we can all meet up for a cruise or something.
Do you happen to know Ricky with the purple/blue S15? I think he's in an RD RX7 now, not sure if he has the 15 anymore.
He's around there too, that's why I ask.
For right now I haven’t messed with the master. I’m waiting on the skyline e brake cables for the rear to do the z32 rears I think when I get to that point ill do the master and mess with the lines up front. I’m kinda a lone wolf up here car is still in the “it’s not done phase”
