Hello, iam fairly new to the KA24. Do KA's respond well to bolt ons such as headers, intake and stuff like that. I know more about L series motors and know that you wouldnt get much by simply putting on headers. I see it say an increase bout 10-15 horsepower? are they worth it on a stock KA24? Thanks!!:supercool

dual cam or single cam? it will respond, but by how much? depends on how well your engine is running.

Since you are new, I sugest you hold off on anything until you decide what you definately want to do. My prediction is you will be back in forth between a million different options (n/a bolt ons, no ka-t, no sr20, no rb20, no ca18 and over and over and over).<-been through my head 10 million times.

Best advice given. I decided to hold off until I decided... but I never decided. Ha. I just stuck with suspension though.

Headers and exhaust will free up power after 5000rpm where stock ka's run out of oomph. A 3" turbo exhaust will shift the powerband higher. You will feel the difference. The gain will be 10-15 useable daily driven whp. If you want REAL power go ka-t or sr and start from there.
