Keep on him, they cannot take any action against you. Unless they can give you a tracking number they cannot take anything against you. Did you pay cash? or check? If you paid by check you can get your money back....if cash, well then your screwed, good luck.

It is common for con artists to do things like that. They'll get mad at you if you threaten actions (that makes some people feel sorry and back off, giving them more time to run off with your money).

Do not buy anything from him. he is a fraud. i sent him $100. for sr injectors, over 3 months ago. he has never sent them. he has never made any attempt to send them. he says he has, but yet he wont give me the tracking number. yes its only $100. but its my $100. here are a few of the e-mails that he has sent to me.

I have tried peacefully to get even just the tracking number from them, and they wont give it to me. he removed me from his aim contacts as well.... DO NOT BUY FROM HIM!!!!
