When it snows I used to do backwards donuts and slides in my altimas and maxima.....But nothing that would be worthy of calling a drift....Its fun though. I think it doesnt work because the wheels you're steering with are in the back when you're in reverse....so no way to guide it really.
It won't work because you can't steer with your rear wheels. The reason RWD drifting wins is because you have all power going to your rear wheels, but you steer with the front ones, which keeps your cars power from correcting itself and pulling you out of the drift.
