Hi I'm hoping I'm posting this in the right spot I'm kind of new to this. I have recently bought a non running 1989 240sx with a ka24e in it. I got the motor to start but when it starts or it try to start it pours gas out the exhaust, and since if dose not have full exhaust on it it just make a fire ball under the car I'm leaning toward a stuck injector but I'm not for sure I've plug off all the vacuum leaks that I can find and I've put a another ecu and wiring harness on to solve other problems. I know it got to be something simple that I'm missing but I'm just not the best mechanic I'm just trying to learn as I go.
thank in advance for any responses

Stuck injector is a good guess. Could be your plug wires ate in the wrong plugs. Or computer wiring is wrong. Any of these will cause excess unburned gas to dump snd ignite

Check to see if the fuel pressure regulator is stuck open, or put a vacuum hand pump on the vacuum port to see if the valve holds vacuum.
