F/S or F/T: 1995 Nissan 240sx

I am either willing to trade or sell. It's a 1995 Nissan 240sx in the FL area. Here are some things about it.

INFO:
Tanabe SMR cat back exhaust
NEW Tanabe GF210 lowering springs
NEW KYB gas shocks all around
Short ram intake
10"Sub w/ amp
1998 KA24DE w/ 5 speed tranny (not installed comes with car though, only has 42,xxx miles on it.)
Car clean inside out
Car has around 131,xxx miles on it.
Clean interior


The bad:
Bad piston ring in the KA thats in the car now(thats why the car comes with the 1998 engine)
Paint Chipping on the front bumper.

That's about all that I can think of, really would like to sell for $4500 for everything and $4000 w/o new engine. Trades are welcome but I would prefer swapped s13's, stock 5 speed s14's and maybe car with cash. Just give me an offer with trades, something that is equal to value of mine. Thanks
