hey i wanted to double check that s15 fenders are same length as s13 fenders like if i bought aftermarket s15 fenders for a s15 they would bolt on right?

Well if you bought fiber glass S15 fenders, theres not much you could do with them on a S13 except cut them up... S13.5 fenders might work better haha.
haha yea it was 3 am and i had just got home an hour before and i saw a kazama body kit in someones signature and i guess i just asked with out thinkinhg
