Yes it will fit and is a matter of opinion to if it looks good or not, when i get back to my computer i will post a few pics of it on a couple different S13's

 

this doesnt answer any questions here, but i thought it mite fit in....i am looking for a nice front lip, PDM is on top of my list at the moment....but i've read that the application is hard and its not a prefect fit? does any one know of a nice front lip??

yeah thats not an 89-90 lip. i should know, i have one on my car (90). it doesnt line up exact, but will fit. secure it how you want. some people use zip ties, be creative.

 

So can I use a 91 bumper reinforcement on an 89 car? My bumper reinforcement is bent from a small collision (previous owner) and I need a replacement bumper reinforcement. Will a 91 work on an 89?

 

No need to look, its right here and it is mine and what do you want more for only $40 invested.

 

My 90 had that lip, but every single time i left my driveway it scraped!!! So it's worth taking off and selling it to a 91-94 owner

Maybe if it was painted and more straight it would be "nice" but like that, naw naw. I like the chuki front, don't think a simple lip like that would be nice. A bomex or PDM would be nicer and more aero looking, but that snow plow thing...naw naw....
