So last night driving home in the mess of a snow storm we had, the car was driving fine, no problems at all.
This afternoot around 2ish when I went to start the car it would turn over like normal but wouldn't fire up. Tried a bottle of dry gas and gave it some time to soak in... still no go. Jumped the car from my fathers truck to give it some extra juice, still no go.
Here's the thing.. I can't, and my brother can't, hear the fuel pump prime...
I think it's kinda obvious I'm not getting fuel
So if the fuel pump is frozen would we still be able to hear it turn on? Or is the fact that we can't hear it turn on meaning it's dead.
Yes I did check the fuse for the fuel pump, that's good to go.
There's about a tad under a half tank left in the car.
It's around 23 degrees outside and I doubt we hit 30 at all today btw
Any ideas?
