Fs: '89 240sx Hatchback Socal

i'm trying to get rid of my 240 only because i'm leaving to Washington and i need thye money to pay for my moving overthere so i won't be able to take my car with me. the car is a 1989 White 240sx SOHC with about 169,XXX miles. the interior is in ok condition i guess except for the dash cracks, the seats are in fair condition as well. the car still runs pretty good with the exception of th valves when it cold but eitherr then that its a good project car. i've given it a tune up. new oilo, cap and roter, spark plugs, spark plug cables, air filter, and steam cleaning. the cars in better shape then when i first bought it. basically its good for someone who wants to start on a new project 240. it has a few problems such as th following:

1. valves rattle when car is not warmed up.
2. clutch grinds into 2nd gear.
3. car was backed into and had to be machined to take out dents.
4 need new paint due to hit and run and sun.
