Nope. Greddy tried to get I legal but CARB wouldn't let it pass. The only CARB legal mods for a 240 is pretty much just an intake. A Cat-Back is fine as long as its not retarded loud. There is no CARB legal turbo kit for the KA. That Turbo was CARB legal as a whole kit for the Teg. That's the only time it's CARB legal and providing you have the CARB sticker that came with the kit. Anyone tells you different there retarded.

Hey guys, i recently met a guy who had a Greddy 18g Turbo in his integra and claimed it was street/smog legal here in california. Can anyone clairfy how that is possible since i had heard any turbo even greddys are not 100% legal.

I believe you 100% and understand what you are saying. They are the exact things that i know and heard but how come on that site then is a chart if you scroll down that has carb eo #s and teh kit 4 the s14 is listed as one of those kits. But thank you very much for the info you provided. Im just curious how that guy has teat exact kit which is listed on the chart along with the one for the ka. Thank you

It will, I'm not sure if it uses the EGR tube which probably no and that's probably why it FAIL the CARB but in the case they do you would need an S14 EGR tube. everything else is pretty much bolt-on. the Motors are the same but the e-Manage Blue Piggyback won't work.
