my sub is making a deep grumbling sound and some humming...what is causing this and what can be done to fix it?

everything seems to be in perfect physical condition too

im runnin a JL 10 in W7 and a Rockford Fosgate Power 1000w amp if that helps

Check the connections to the amp

did you run your power wire and your rca cables next to each other?

check for
-pinched rca's
-bad ground
-power needs to be ran opposite of rca(usually doesent matter with sub amp though)

just had the same problem...be sure ur speaker wire connection is tight on the amp if its loose it could be causing ur issue..
