Hmm, might have something to do with the switch. Thought the Washer Pump is common to go out. As far as the wipers not working I'm gonna vote for a connection problem cause I haven't ever heard of the Wiper Motor go out. Though it is possible.
For the mirrors, same thing. Start with fuses, check connections. If you have a DMM you might need to start tracing opens or shorts.
