Got some work done on 240sx
Went to start it to make sure everything was good. There is quite some pressure coming out from radiator not sure what this means?
could it be a head gasket?

I think all you'll have is huge air bubble in the system now. Fill it up and then do a coolant system bleed on it.

Yup air bubbles. Keep bleeding.
