I have a 1990 fastback... dead motor.. this question probly been ask some where here but i cant find it.. Question is that can a dohc ka engine fit onto the sohc tranny? I been looking at some local junkyard and i can get the dohc engine for almost the same price.. So yeah i want whats better for my money.. If the dohc do fit will i need extra parts and all that stuff.. Well thanks for the help.. Peace

yes they fit, the lower harness will be different than by like two sensors. search for the sohc > dohc swap. there was a in-depth thread about it.

hmm, thats what I got out of it.. anways,

..so yeah the SOHC tranny will bolt up to the DOHC motor(might have to change the bellhousing i dunno..so plz just search).
