i know ive tried and all i could get is front seat pics so thats why i asked

I just google'd and found plenty. But, you said you searched, OK. For future reference, try to polish your search skills.

As said before, yes there is a backseat in a hatch.
But if your passengers are 5'8" or taller, it's a no-go. If you have children, and they require a car-seat; it's a no-go.
Not a whole lot of room back there. It's not the worst I've seen, but it's not that great. Just keep it in your head that it's got two front seats, and lots of 'cargo room' in the 'back seat'. The back seat is only good for emergency purposes only for transporting people.
And that's my $.02

I once fit 5 people into my 240, and made one of the guys get in the back... He's 6'10''
i think ive squooshed 3 people in the back seat of my s14...i love having a small backseat tho in the s13.. noone makes you drive when you go out cause noone wants to squish in your backseat. lmao
