I dunno if Carl has shown any pics but his motor is beautiful IRL

 

Anyone want to link me to some backthreads on this? I'm assuming there is some sort of story that lead up to this... tanks.

 

Quick over view. Yeah Carl had his RB20 running in a S13 for a while. It had a S15 front end conversion and was pretty bad ass. Then some lady hit him (her fault) and so he pulled the motor from that car and yanked everything from it. Sold some stuff to people and sold the shell to P1 auto. Then he got a S14 and has been rolling in with the KA for a while, while collecting parts for his RB20. He has some nice parts for her like a bad ass Rips intake manifold, tomei cams, hks exhaust mani, gt30r etc etc. Now his bitch of a RB is going into the S14 and will be hauling ass. That thing is gonna make some nice power. Can't wait to you get it tuned and everything running Carl. Goodluck with the rest of the swap. I hope you don't run into problems like me and my cursed car.

Looks like you were wrong carl. You said I would have my ripps on my motor and in my car before you lol. About time you get that thing running again.

 

today the old girl finialy fired up.
good to hear her run after sitting 6+ months dormant.
good news is that still starts on a dime and sounds evil, no oil leaks from the turbo or the pressure sensor (had to swap it out).
i will try to get some pics of the car tonight, wiring is still a bit messy so dont hate on it.
