Yeah it's cheap and reasonable welding practice if you already have all the parts at your disposal. Besides when was the last time one of your cars shop left moving on 4 wheels and its own power anyway....:D :sweetass :thumbsup

haha... asshole :rotflmao i just dont know if i want to deal with any of the hassles concerning legalities and cops. I dont go to drivethru's and I rarely pass on non-highway roads... meh, I dont know.

plus, shifting with my left hand :greddy:

It's a diet plan! Gives you exercise by doing it and keeps you away from super fatty fast foods. Document the process and you changes after three months of driving with it and tell how it changed your life and prevented you from getting heart disease and how it made you drop 280lbs. Then write a book.

boom! millions.

I'm a genuis, I know. I only ask for 80% profits of the deal.

lol @ drift.

it's a diet plan?.... just go masturbate with your left hand a lot, you'll get more excersise lol. i'd say do it.... simply bc righ tnow the steering column in my car is rattling against the damn atmospheric dump for my wg. fuck LHD. I'd do it and tell all the noobs out there that i got a real silvia and swapped the ka in place of the stock sr. all the sr fanboys on zilvia would be like, "zomg!!!!! ban and neg hiM!!!!!! O.O"

i would probably do it too, once i can afford a front clip. because my girl is always with me wherever i go. that way she'll have to do all the fast food paying. i just sit and wait for my food. and its pretty much legal. as long as its registered.

I did it and swapped in an SR, still having troubles with the wiring though. I bought full JDM body harness, but I'm still running into troubles by buying the front half harness from a different place than I got the harness that goes under the dash to the back. It's completley uncut, but I'm still missing plugs and I really don't know what to do, its getting very frustrating. I just don't know what to do, I hate spending all this money and having it go down the drain.

sound like you'd be better off just extending wires. wiring will have to be custom any way. clip is wired for CA, car is wired for SR. neither motor is going in that car.

I wish I would have just extended the wires and did a little changing of the engine harness instead that would have been much cheaper now that I think about it, but the stock body harness is already mutilated. Plus doing a RHD conversion reminds me of the epsiode of South Park where Mr. Garrison got a sex change operation, "you didn't make me a woman, you just made me some freak with a mutilated penis!"

lol like it feels more comfortable for people to drive RHD. I drove my friends R32 and it did feel a lot better. Its really hard to explain why but I did feel more comfortable.

im doing it when i get a job im 14 iv already got a front clip just need a motor and evrything switched over i also know where a silvia front clip is for 150 perfect dash no cracks or anything dont have a engine philidelphia or how evr u spell it

RHD on LHD roads is gay. Plain and simple. RHD and LHD to me made no difference except which hand I use to shift...

well my friend doesnt drive well and when he us either putting in a dip or looking at his ipod im normally driving from the passenger side. so we kinda have a rhd blazer.

but if i decide to go with a ca18det i'll probably get a clip off of a silvia and do a rhd conversion and s13 front conversion.

haha, I love it.

and no, it's never going to happen. I just finished my first main hoop section for making s13 rollcages... i've got much more important stuff fabrication-wise to worry about RHD and JDM-ness.

All I want is door panels, or at least the top half of them; the rear seat panels (not seating or anything); the headliner; and the dash, with or without holes cut in it for the front bars.

Don't want that much of an interior but it would be kind of cool if when it's all done I can lay down carpet in there again and still have a cage....and people thinking there is sound deadening underneath them. We'll talk this summer after I find 5 lug rear hubs and get that wheel situation taken care of.

Stupid events requiring cages to do tandem.....argh [/rant]
