Need SR Power Transistor unit AKA ignitor

Sup guys. finally getting around to finishing up my buddy's swap. his car is getting painted, just got a new clutch, some other goodies on the way. I need an SR ignitor. id prefer an SR one over a Q45 but whatever let me know what you got.
