yeah for the most part. the car is beat up and not really worth making it look pretty so its going to be a striped down street/strip car. i have never tried drifting so maybe ill hit up a rookie event and try it but i don't know how it will be with a auto trans

These Tin cans don't do too well in terms of structural integrity

 

after the motor is running and i can drive it i will be having a cage fabed up for it. the car is fairly rusty so i dont want to sink to much into a cage. i just can justify spending the cash for a nice one on a rust bucket. Im going to need a cage if i want to run it at the strip cuz im thinking with some hook it will break a 7.1 in the 1/8th

 

well started header fabrication. still got tons of stuff left to do.

driver side header done and off being welded by a buddy- no free time until Wednesday night to do the passenger side.
