fuse 13 is the fuse that handles all of these things but i replaced the fuse (the old own was fine too) and the radio won’t turn on still. car starts and everything works except the stuff i listed in the title.

Have fun pulling out the dash and tracing each wire until you find the one thats burnt, then fixing it, putting everything back together to have it burn out again
