Radio & Windshield Wiper Problems

i have a problem with my windshield wipers and radio cutting off at the same time. Sometimes, itwon't turn on when i start the car and sometimes they just turn off when i'm driving, Till i finally have to turn my car off and then back on till' it'll restart all over again.Any solutions to how i can fix this problem??
