I was wondering if the RB20 motor uses the same chasis mounts as the SR20 motor..or if new mounts need to be constructed. i tried to do a search on it already and came up with nothing. thanks for the help

just buy a front clip of a Skyline.
the Xmember from the Skyline will bolt onto the 240sx chassis, and the Rb motor to the skyline Xmember.
No Fab work needed. especial if you are going with a RB20, you can just use your KA Driveshaft.
