Replacement

I own a year 1992 Nissan 240sx, i noticed my fuse from the cigarrette lighter blew, but as i seached in websites like mynismo.com and other nissan related parts i couldn't find the exact part im looking for. The battery part for the fuse is 15A, but it has 2 inserts facing frontward and one sideward, like any kind of base s13. But, since ive been asking around; retail stores, autoshops, etc, they seem they don't carry those types no more.

I really do appreciate it if you guys can help.
I do want a universal insertion instead, but i have no clue how to install and replace my current one.
