I dont have the $$$ to buy a rhd car, I wanted to know HOW to do it myself(so I don't f#ck things up) And what I need. I know I need a clip and a welder. But is there anything else? And I want it to be rhd cause I plan on making it a show car.

I did search for RHD conversion and just got some posts for rhd front clips for sale. There I searched AGAIN and all I got was a bunch of people saying f#ck this and that just go get a real rhd car blah blah blah.

You either suck at it really badly or didn't try at all.

I found enough info on it to basically know what's involved and what's needed to do in less than 15 min. Search again.

it is hard to find a rhd 240sx...help
That's pretty much because 240's were never rhd to begin with. There is a 240 hatch for sale in the Car Sale section though. I'll get you the guy's name so you can pm him.

Edit: The dude's name is s13drifter240sx. He's looking to get $3,000 for it. Located in SoCal.

seriously though... whats the big hype with having RHD?? i wasted about an extra 5gs finding myself a RHD.. and getting it registered... which was absolutely pointless because i cant see for shit while making left turns... and it attracts too much attention in all ways and forms including the cop sitting alongside of me..

besides.. you dont even get that much respect... most people are just like "what year did they make these?" or "how much did you pay to get it done like that" with little or no regards to the fact that it may have been imported from japan..

if i could do it again.. i would surely save the money and spend it on something much more worth it.. because i know that i will never be able to get anything close to how much i spent... just to look cool.

=)

Not flaming, but for the $$$ the RHD purchase would be cheaper. If you are making a show car you are going to need $$$, unless you are talking local friday night car meet type shows, and even then the guys with the best rides usually have 5 figures+ into them.

If money is short, doing the RHD conversion is the worst spending of it.

I'm not going to be doing it now, but maybe in about 4 or 5 months after I get a new Engine and fix it up a little. And also I'm HOPING to get sponcored here soon. It'll probley never happen, But what's the point in life if you don't have dreams. Alkemyst, Thats not Flaming It's just pretty much the truth, Now if you said: Man your so STUPID You should not do that you IDIOT don't waste your money you DUMBASS. THAT is Flaming.

well that makes a lot more sense to me, a show car has a purpose for rhd, something different from others. Any ways, I don't care how new I am to any forum, if i saw a teenager with a 240sx with a rhd conversion and a big wing trying to e brake his way around a corner i would shit myself.
