Nice setup to be daily driven on... cheap tire sizes....lighter over all rotating mass, easier on brakes... not bad for 15's...

 

wow. i was turned off by sportmax's but damn they look nice for the price i dont care what anyone says.

 

Yea...these only weigh in at 16lbs... what size tires are those on those cars... 205/50 15 or???

 

those are 8 nch wide wheels bud. not 6 inch wide. you could put a 235 on them if you wanted. a 205 would stretch them a tad

 

hell if your looking for meat and some curb protection you honestly could put 245's on there. I have 225's on a 7 inch wide wheel and they don't look awkward at all.

You couldn't run those size tires without rubbing...when you drop a car that much with that much offset you need to stretch the tires unless you want to pull the fenders...the ones on the black one are a 205/50/15

word you can fit a 185 on the 002's seen it done. a 50 series is too big and wil rub

yes you are right but i was thinking more if the vehicle didnt matter. just that a 235 would fit on an 8" wide wheel.

They are 16x7 and 16x8 on 205/50 and 225/45

LOL I just got it aligned with all the suspension bits: SPL Toe links, RUCA's, Subframe spacers, front T/C rods and rear tanabe drift spec sway bar. I also just got a used CUSCO 2 way LSD. The car is sooo much fun now! Initiating a drift is just a clutch kick away. I just took her up to the canyons and she handled beautifully I'll lower it once I get some 17's. Thanks for the props. Rims are original Racing Hart Type C in 16x7 and 16x8 +25 all around.
