dont cut the brown wire because if you do that when u turn on the headlights it will just go back to normal...u just have to put 2 switches on the relay...go on youtube and type in sleepy eye mod and they will show u which terminal to attach em to. im going to try and find the link for u
here is the link...dont listen to the audio just look at the terminals it tell you and what relay its on. if you need a better explanation pm me.....BUT DO NOT CUT THE BROWN WIRE!!!!!!!!
thats what sleepy eye mods are...they are only open halfway to make the sleepy eye effect...but if you want to keep it like that and have good vision at night then replace the stock headlights with projectors or you cant mount fog lights in there....depends on what you want if for..if its for just temporary looks or if u want it permanent wit working headlights...
Heres how t do it.
1. Open hood and adjust the light height to were you want it.
2. Take out the headlight motor fuse or relay out.
3. When you want them to go back to normal put the fuse or relay back in
another way to do it is if you cut the brown wire and then adjust accordingly and then pull out the fuse for the light control under the dash by the dead pedal you can turn the lights on too. and then u can put the fuse back in when ever you want to use the headlights.
^ and ^^, doesn't really matter. Wasted posts...don't like it? Don't buy it.
+1 for a newer member posting up another option, and from a good vendor too.
dude i have the perfect diagram for you. and if you want pictures of anything or need to know how to set up your switches in the car let me know. its a simple diy project that should take a half hour. just pause the vid at 00:27 and copy down everything you see in the diagram. literally everything. it will make it easier so you don't have to run all over the place to make sure its right. hope this helped. do not pay someone to do this for you!!!!
