Do you have a consult port reader?
Basically I need you to verify all the sensors are working properly. MAF, coolant temperature sensor, TPS, etcetera.
I will make another post about what you need to buy ( $20 adapter, download some free software on your laptop)
Make sure your oxygen sensor is reading correctly.

Can you verify the fuel system is correctly holding pressure and you have no leaks?

I also suggest you check for any exhaust leaks.

As far as oil in the intercooler, that may be a sign that you have a blown oil seal on the turbo.
Do you have the factory hardlines for the turbo or are you using aftermarket lines?
I ask because a lot of times, when using aftermarket, people don't use a proper oil restrictor on the oil feed line and too much oil at too high of a pressure make it to your turbo, blowing out the seal.
On the oem hardlines, the banjo bolt has a very small orifice for the oil to pass through.
Some aftermarket lines like this one
use the factory banjo bolt and others do not.

Your changing out the injectors makes sense.
I would not immediately think that the harness is bad.
If your car runs fine but just smells like gas, it could be either your car running very rich due to a bad sensor OR you have some nasty exhaust leak.
