How many of you LIKE the f&f3 and how many of you HATE it? I HATE it. And if you like it, Why?

I liked how they really didn't expose the touge or mountain pass. They tried to, but it seemed way comical and utterly unreal. Which is good, maybe this will keep the young kiddies and newbies off the mountain roads and stick to parking lots.

i some how or another managed to like this one better than the first two. i liked lucas black's character because you really saw his passion and him having fun as opposed to paul walker just being concerned with looking pretty:rotflmao . they were all pretty good.
yea i have to agree with him. i liked this one way more than tha other two but the first i think was better than tha second. but the third one was good i thought. an liked chased said he did have more into it than looking pretty. he jus wanted to drive fast an then wanted to learn how to drift no matter how hard it was to him. it was cool in my opinion. by tha way what was that one orange an black car. kindof looked a lil like an mr2 spyder???

Idk...I agree with WillSx, it's more to entertain...and think about it this way...the more people watch this car movie, the more they'll be willing to make. And if that is so, maybe they'll actually make it better.

I'm getting tired of watching previews about some poor/crappy/left behind class that gets a great teacher/coach, and becomes another ..."based on a true story" movie.

i can honestly say... it wasnt a bad movie... heh...

1. the driving was ok, not the best i've seen, but pretty good
2. tons of hot jap. chicks >=D
3. some pretty hot cars
4. the typical irrelavant story line... lol

some things that bothered me was the inaccuracy of some of the things though.. like how they had highschool kids driving... in japan, people dont get their licenses b4 they graduate from highschool... the scene when they rip'd through that crowd was pretty fake... other than that... :) pretty good movie...

hey guys, im new around here. Anyway, I thought this movie was Much better than the other two. The driving sequences were real(somewhat) and all the cars were hot. I recomend that all car guys and gals watch this.

oh, and does anyone know what kind of muscle car Lucas Black drives in the begining against Tim the Tool Man's kid?

I liked it. It was FUN. It was what you expected, ya know. Its not gonna be like "Days Of Thunder". Its a car movie for teens and early twenties. At least it wasn't like "Driven" :)

I thought some of the stuff was cheese. the night touge drift/love scene. the drift throught the crowd. But its fun, a pop corn movie as they say.

I also had some people i know work on it and I got to hear some cool stories about how good the drifters are. Being able to come with in 3" of the green screen repeatedly while drifting. not 4", not 5". But consecutive 3". Alot of movie people on set were blown away. ( cool!)

I alos like that he didnt jump in the car at the begining and just start drifting. :)

Makes me wanna drift. Anyone wanna give me a 2 way diff?

BTW, I hated to see that stupid Falcon car in the night drift scene :(. Dk was in it as well as a AE86!!

I like the movie, yest better than the ones before and like others have said, they actually did their research. This time they made a movie about something and didn't creat a bad mix causing "rice". I like the movie, I just hate what it does in the end to other people. When I was leaving from the parking lot, some riced out civic tried to slide the corner and uterly faild almost crashing into a van with a family that probably just watched Cars. Made me want to get out of my car and beat the Shiza out of the dumbass.:crazyrant

I liked the first one best, The cars were better, And it was more exciting. It was more realistic than the others to me.
So having 14 gears on an eclipse is realistic to you (because that's about how many times he shifted in the first quarter mile scene)? A car's floor panel falling out because you're going too fast is realistic to you? Having to work on a computer while driving to hit boost properly is realistic to you? Having the washers and nuts to the dash assembly fly off because the car is going too fast is realistic to you? A 2-minute quarter mile race is realistic to you? Having a bottle warmer underneath a leather seat is realistic to you?

And that was just one scene.

Fast and the Furious 3 was clearly the most realistic of the series of films so far. Of course, there were many many many parts that would never ever happen, but it was still much more realistic than the other two. On top of that, there was little CGI in this movie while the other two were prominently CGI in the action scenes.

The cars were much more realistic and actual drift cars for major companies and corporations unlike the other movies where they simply lined the streets with show cars.

Tell me, why did you HATE the third installment to the Fast and the Furious collection?

so do you guys think prices on rwd cars will go up at all, like the infamous supra did after the first movie. i didnt see it yet and i wont till it comes out on dvd but i didnt really mind the first two from a cheesy movie stand point, but if i actually paid attention to all the inacurate car statements i would have went nuts watching the first one. its just gonna be gay watching all these band wagon young bucks trying to drift everywhere now and 240 shit will probably get a little harder to find. and everywhere we go people are gonna be like oh shit is that an sr, is that an rb ect ect. yo my 240 has like 800 hp to the wheels! honda shit all over again.
