When I start the car in the morning to let it warm up just a bit before I leave it semm gas fumes.
Once it warms up and drives for a bit the smell seems to go away for the most part but not completly.

Could this be dry rotting fuel hoses in the engine compartment?

Are there any other rubber fule hoses anywere?

Where else would gas leak from under the hood.

it's in the fuel tank. pop your trunk and pull up the carpet, and you'll find the access hole to the right of your spare tire. and no, it doesn't whine (normally).
