i've been reading a lot of things on the rb25det swap in s13 chassis. I've read most of what night77? wrote. I have read the 1/4 times running stock boost, lsd, etc. But I also know there's others that have purchased the same engine and put it in the same chassis. But where are they?? What times are they posting???

Will RB26DETT parts fit on the RB25DET?
The reason I refuse to do the RB25 swap is because I HATE the way the Intake goes over the Valve Cover.
I would like to swap a RB26DET with a RB25 oil pan and Trany, if it would work.

is there any mechanical problem dat will happen if an intake is over the valve cover?

the intake that goes over the valve cover will not cause any defects, it's only made like that for the pure purpose location of parts "exp: turbo, I/C, etc"

If you guys are looking into the RB series, why not go with a RB25DE head on a RB30 block.

The RB25 and RB30 both run a 86mm Bore standard.
The difference is only in the stroke. you can bolt an early RB25DE head straight onto a stock RB30 block.
It gives you 8.3:1 compression and is ideal for turbo charging.

DYNO WITH 100% STOCK N/A INTERNALS MADE 320 kw AND 1250 nm AT ALL 4 WHEELS WITH A SLIPPING CLUTCH.
and dont try to bore it, Your better off to keep the bore at 86-86.5mm to keep the strength.
