I have a 98 s13 coupe with a rb20 swap and my turn signals dont work front or back all the lights work just not the signals lights dont even come on so im wondering if it could be a fuse also i stupid question but will have the s13 fuse boxes (i have 2 under hood 1 in car) or will have the ones from the skyline motor. Also under the fuse box panel driver side there's a plug that is just sitting in there could not find anything to plug it into( picture link below) no idea what is! alot of questions sorry. thanks!

Not lowered and bought it as is the harness looks good and everything else works I checked fuses in car and they were all good would there be any fuses having to do with the signals in either of the other fuse boxes

WTF is a 98 S13 coupe?

The plug is for the flux capacitor.

Make sure your flasher unit is connected... You can tell this by turning on your hazard lights. If it works, your turn signal switch may be bad, or have broken wires.

The engine swap has nothing to do with the blinkers. If you bought the car as is I'm assuming you bought it without the blinkers working. First if it isn't a simple fuse that is blown you have to trace your wires from your battery and find out when it goes dead. as "Mikester" said you need to see if your hazards work , if they do then its a simple as finding the bad wire, or commonly enough I have had 3 bad turn signal switches so don't be surprised for it to happen. Lastly you need to get a hold of the FSM for the wiring diagrams and figure out how to read them to trace wires if and learn what everything is in your car. Oh and i forgot don't forget to check your blinker fluid ;)
