wheel question

hi everyone, im new here and just got a 1989 s13 hatch a few weeks ago. it came with 17 inch wheels. not sure what the width is yet. haven't checked. i was planning on getting 16's but not sure if it'd be better or better to look at. i don't know what width of the wheel i should get either or just to stay with what i have now. any suggestions?

and also the selection for wheels for 4 lug isn't huge. i was also wondering if there is a 5 lug conversion for a s13 hatch.
