i'm about to get an asp pulley. asp is cheaper than unorthodox and i heard it has the same performance. asp is good quality too from what ive heard

i heard of unorthodox.....not as much as ASP.....

 

just find out how much each set wieghs and go with the lightest

 

Unorthodox now has a full pulley set...ASP still only has a crank pulley. The ASP pulley is heavier, cheaper, and of about the same quality as the Unorthodox. The ASP does not underdrive the A/C, whereas the Unorthodox does. I used to have an Unorthodox...but went the the ASP...because I wanted a new one for color...and wanted to save the money and get the ASP (that wasn't available when I first got the Unorthodox pulley). I sold the old Unorthodox pulley and got a new ASP and made a couple of bux.

do they really gives u like maybe 5~10hps gained? do u really feel tha "difference"? like that one issue of IMPORT TUNER mag....

if so...i might consider getting them...

i'm not sure if you would feel it on a auto. but the car definitly does feel lighter with the pulley on, and it is more willing to rev.

 

does the ASP gain the same as the Unorthodox set? i mean the ASP only has the crank pully while the Unorthodox has the whole pully set. I mean if they both gain the same power why spend more money on the whole set?

 

i don't think reducing the weight on the accesories really make that much of a difference. if you look at the size of the alternator, its soo small, and the fan pulley weights like 2lbs already, and the power steering pump doesn't really add load to the car unless goin below 15mph and turning the steering wheels. so that thing just basically free wheels, and the a/c pulley. hmmmm i'm not sure about that one, that thing is too tricky for me to take out. heh
