I use CarPlay every time I drive, so for me, wireless CarPlay/ Android Auto is the ultimate， more I am looking for if I could add streaming media in CarPlay.
Out of the many different options available, I decided to go for this brand Carlinkit carplay.

They seemed to have good reviews and regular updates.
Installation was easy and fast.
I have found that most of the time, CarPlay is connected and working immediately. I think when you unlock your car, the USB power must turn on and pre-connect the phone to the module. Then as soon as you switch on the ignition, CarPlay is already up and running. Sometimes it will take maybe 10 seconds, but even then I consider that pretty quick. and I‘ve installed my favorite apps, like Youtube, Netflix...
If it continues to work like this on my 240SX, it will be money well spent.
