looks like Rays Engineering has entered F1 as the third wheel supplier along side Enkei & BBS!

PRESS RELEASE

RAYS Wheels enters F1 and appoints Co-ordSport as UK Distributor

RAYS Wheels of Osaka, Japan has signed a technical partnership with Formula 1 team Williams, and will be the Williams official wheel supplier from 2007.

RAYS has also appointed Co-ordSport as a key European Distributor for their range of competition and road car wheels. Co-ordSport will act as liaison office for the F1 partnership.

RAYS is a leading manufacturer of forged one & two piece wheel rims, for OEM and the aftermarket. RAYS has their own forging press, only making dies for their racing wheels. The knowledge and experience gained from their racing and competition activity, is used to develop the RAYS range of strong and lightweight road wheels.

itb's on an elise, that's something I definately agree on over the current trend of supercharging or turbocharging such a balanced and already fast car in the first place

Rays entering the f1 market, an announcement was made about that on the latest scc, which is another great issue btw:1bowdown

Something my Mother thought was funny since she loves as she calls them shit bird cars.

'Twas the night before Christmas and caught at the light, Was a domestic V8 and no cops in sight, I will try, I will try, I will try with this small motor To beat this damn Camaro, even with it's big power, As the light goes green and I pull like no joke. The Camaro erupts in clouds of tire smoke, Now Smasher, now Rev-ver, now Stroker, row Blitzin. These are the names of my four VTEC pistons, Racing ahead I'm the Star of the Action, But I know I'm in trouble when that V8 gets traction, Grabbing second, I hear the RPM sing, My mirror is blocked by my Shopping Kart Wing, I now hear the roar, of that big monster gaining, All I can do is keep that four-banger straining, In a second, the shockwave hits with a blast, And my stickers go flying now, a thing of the past, Don't bother with third, cause now it's too late, Just try to act cool, like you can relate. Looking up at the taillights as they get smaller, TtiP dryer backs off just to give me a holler.
T you can't win them ail,** ne says in fling, "You may not win any, in that silly thing", I scowled and revved and let out a sigh, And did my trademark high-speed fly-by.

Yeah Frank did you get the shake the greatness hand and he talks about being more fuel efficent is that the tail of Air Force one I see in the back??

I would but I am not a member how about u do it for me :thumbsup

Those look like old pics. We saw that fresh alloy g35 in person at vir at thier tent. The car has more decals on it now and a bit more aero done to it I think. Nothing about that car's chassis has anything to do with the production car though it's g35 shell on a custom tubular chassis(like how nascar's are built) with the v8 vk45 in it from the M45 infiniti. It was pretty impressive looking, the team that built it came from a company that preps porsche's for racing and they actually have about 2 911's that race.

That was NICO's tent at ViR actually :supercool
All the info about the car, and what the team (HLM) is doing is on NICO too (not exclusively of course), there's even a forum Greg made for them, the driver sometimes pops in and says 'hello'
