heh forgot we had a dedicated macro thread. I got the close-up lens filters off of EBay. They definitely are handy, I'm looking forward to using them quite a bit more.

ha ha, yeah, I don't care, I played around with it in photoshop for quite a while, but I hate the way the skintone looks when the contrast is messed with...

...I considered converting it to B&W, but I decided that just took all the interest out of it.

In the end I bought a digital slr (Pentax *ist Ds) and couldn't be happier :)

Old dirt road with like no houses on it, took a bit of a quick drive down it, goes on for several miles:

hah it wasn't that bad until I tore the mud flap off... With part of the quarter panel. The passenger rocker panel is bad too, although you should've seen the paint when I first got the car, even there I'd consider the car a bit dirty but I've at least shined it up a TON.

Took a few hours out the other day and detailed the VR4, have been messing around with HDR a little bit, here's the results of a quick attempt (bit blurry from not using a tripod):
