These would be the things i would do before even tackling the idle problem

How is ur air flow meter secured is it solid, having it solid helps (make a bracket)

spin ur air flow meter round so the plug doesn't hit ur bonnet or some thing?

Theres supposed to be a bracket holding your leads off the rocket cover probably want to untangle them too

Check down spark plug boars for oil

I did mine without taking the wheel off, and without instructions. You'll figure out how it's attached when you take it apart.

That thing is Ghetto! looks like pvc pipe on the straight part. What kind of idle issues are you talking, like whats happening?
it idles near 2grand at startup then after it warms up it calms down and idles really low i have a couple ideas. #1 is the maf filter the previous owner cut the screen out of it #2 previous owner wired some crazy plug thing to plug into it u cant really see it there ill have to take a closer pic #3 im gonna try to clean the tb and iacv valve see if that helps

anyone have any ideas on gettin a better intake on there and does the filter need to be in an enclosed space??

also should i take out the bottom part of the stock air box thats in the bumper cause its still in there

thats would probably be great but i have an NA sr20de
To do the idles the same, just warm up motor then turn it off and disconnect the tps plug(brown plug on top of throttle body) then start it up again rev 2 or 3 times to 2000rpm then adjust idle with the idle screw, should be 750-800 then turn off motor and put plug back on, start it up and rev again 2000rpm your done
