Don't be hatin ;) Everyone's comments is "you don't stop that long!!!"

-Car is still streeted plenty
-Quality pads and rotors have saved my cars on multiple occasions..say when the traffic likes to go from 85 to 5 in a heartbeat. (Read: Daily on the beltway)
-These in all honesty should outlast the car and still brake awesome....even after the new power setup after this season. ;) No, I'm not telling.
-Now, those times when I try to get too Sikky and come in waaay too hot and need to brake, boom. Done. (Read: Those times = every time)
-Of all the things to sweat on this car (or any car I've owned), brakes are never going to be one of them.
-Why buy ebay rotors and replace them in 6 mo when I can get 1 good set and be done? Or worse, the cheap set cracks while driving/on track? The ones I put on my STi lasted the year I owned it, and through the next owner's years too.
-Most importantly, DBA's are never cheap...but these were a tiny drop extra ;) I <3 discounts lol. I paid only a little bit more /rotor than say 88rotors or any of the major vendors sell for. I essentially Dimpasized my meal for just a quarter more!
-Besides....when do I ever go LESS than baller on this car

Rest of ze brake stuff is waiting until the state tax return ;)
On that list:
Pay for powdercoating
Hawk HPS pads
AP lines (coated ss vs bare)
Also need 2 more rims and 6 tires.

After all that....car shooooooooould be done. Unless we want meth :p

Got bored, started planning the next installment (rough draft)

And had some fun :p

Travel mug I won from them finally arrived.

Yikes. Time for new tires. Lots o rough highway miles + Front sliding track days + Hotlapping + Drift alignment + soft tires = this. O well. All part of the game.

Yikes.

Forgot how clean the battles can be.

Moog ball joints, Hawk HPS pads, and Agency Power lines ordered.

Looks like I'm going to have to go with the 17/16 BMC instead of 1"

The 1 1/16" Master cylinder has 3 ports with flare fittings to work with the 240sx brake system. The 1" has 3 ports for the 240sx but only two of the ports have the flare fitting. The third port can be used but is just a taper thread fitting.
Don't feel like dealing with that. And the 17/16 is cheaper

Totally spaced and forgot to update.

Got springs installed on the BRZ on Friday. While it was up, let him test fit his Mach V Awesome wheels to it for FS ad pictures. Mach V 17x9 Awesome - Wheels

Also discovered with him how to turn off the nannies fully. (Apparently I have a launch 1-time off feature, and full off w/ abs and such still on, AND FULL off). May or may not have played in his parking lot after closing (with permission and him there of course :p). Car likes to slide sooooooooooooo easy. Forgot how much fun low-power shenanigans can be. Even doable with drive-by-wire, still had a decent idea what tires were doing.

Harded parked whiny haters are whiny. I'm sorry, I can't hear you from your garage.

Got the HD copy finally of putzing around in a parking lot on slush day. You know. While D was wishing he had those baller PBM rear bits that'll make him such the pro-am FD driver...and the rest of us actually drove our cars the last few years.....

New Z32 BMC ordered. Powdercoat will be done by next weekend. Time to do work.

Do you have ABS? I was looking to do the Z32 BMC upgrade, but was confused on the whole brake like bending to fit, and requirements of ABS vs. Non ABS.

Also, where did you get the BMC from?

[insert pic of DBA rotors]
Baller ass rotors. 150 each :eek:mg: As much as i would love these rotors, ill have to settle for the pedestrian Centric front rotors, and standard rear rotors. Since my car isint so racecar :(

$150 a rotor? That's a joke.
R1Concept or 88Rotors.
Guarantee to hold up to your abuse no problem.
If 400whp Full Weight Road Race S-Chassis can run those I'm sure you'd be fine.
