Man that's way up there on fuel pressure. I think your issues lie within vac/boost leaks along with over pressuring the fuel system. Not sure what injectors you have so I'm not 100% but you could have damaged them and the fuel pump may not be able to keep up with that kind of load.

And can you help me understand why my sr ran fine for a half year then all of the sudden my pump can overpower my fpr like that? is it just that it could only take it to a certain extent until this happened?

Ok the pump doesn't determine your fuel pressure the fuel pressure regulator does. So what is happening is you fuel pressure regulator is broke or miss adjusted. With that kind of pressure your probably blew out the inner seals of the fuel injectors and they could be leaking. My guess is someone wanted more boost so instead of getting an emu they bumped the fpr up to compensate. It's cheap it will work but not for long before you have issues.

Issues with what? My injectors? Because soon I am upgrading my turbo, injectors, and maf.

Im saying your fuel pressure regulator is either set to high if its adjustable but if it's not then it's messed up. With that high of pressure you could have damaged the inner seals of the injectors. Look at getting a tunable ecu. I use megasquirt. What help sell me was it has a map sensor built in so I don't have to worry about maf issues. It's more accurate and good for up to 44 pounds of boost.

Yea I have been doing my research lately on ecu's turbos etc deciding what kind of setup I am going to do. I'm going to order an fpr tomorrow, just need to research them also and find what's best. for my walbro 155. Is it bad to run the car with leaking injectors if I'm replacing them eventually

I'm thinking injector seals or bad injector. Any mods, Ecu, injector upgrades? Kinda wondering what kind of shape your turbo is in too. What are you using for boost control? Stock wastegate? What is your fuel pressure doing when this happens? What is your afr doing?

... Another .02 I'm Running gtx2867r ID injectors and link Ecu tomei 260 procams, and some other goodies, dynoed 315@15lbs boost, very very happy with the setup, the turbo is only at about 30% (IIRC)capacity at 15 lbs. Flow rated for 480 hp and still has near stock turbo response and feel.. Pretty cool set up.. But that's just my. 02

No modifications, I have a e boost 40 electronic boost controller, waste gate is aftermarket It's some purple one, (the dude never even told me what damn parts are on my car), embarrassingly enough my afr never worked when I bought it and I need to fix that ASAP. Thanks for the help

It can be cause you can fuel wash the cylinder walls. But at least it's better then running lean and blowing it sky high
So because In the future I plan to send my turbo in and get it rebuilt to the big 28, along with getting 550cc injectors and the jwt ecu, should I go ahead and buy some 550 injectors and put them in as well as with the fpr to rule that out?

If you can buy all your gear at the same time and then get jwt to program based on those parts is the best way to go. For the time being you could buy injectors and safc to compensate for injector size. But I certainly wouldn't drive it until you get this issue figured out, you are risking not driving it at all if you do drive it.? You should pull your intake off and take a look at the turbo wheel. Might have sucked in a bolt into the turbo. It's just stuff to check out. What turbo do you want to upgrade to? I know the gtx2867r will be too big for 550 injectors. If everything the previous owner did was total carp you might want to consider starting fresh and doing it right. Of course you can always use the good parts he has left you but make dam sure they're in good shape before trusting them.

You'd know if something went through the compressor....catastrophic damage kind of know. Not really a concern.

Email tunes are a waste, find a local tuner when it's time for that.
