Ok guys I created this thread so that we can be a bit more organized about meets and other local activities since thier's 3 de threads. I'll have it stickied until it becomes more active. MD,PA,NJ borders feel free to chime in since you people on the state lines are close.

Get used to bad paint jobs if you plan to come hang out with us. Noone here is trying to have a show car. My car has a JDM drift damage paint job all the way! That black FD is one of the best drifters we know. The rest of us are interested in driving our cars hard not taking them to a car show.JEWELL said:

Yea this is Jason with the s13 coupe. It's alotta fun, if you wanna chill it's always cool these guys know how to have fun. Just come out contact myself even i've lived in dover most o fmy life. and this is my first serious turner car. Franks pretty good so if yer learning just talk to him he knows how to teach... anyway. gotta change my oil and get preped for tonight. See ya guys there.

Just got back from the meet. It was a blast. It will be some tim ebefore I can keep up with frank. anyway, some bad news.( and as you could guess Tony) The DMS took a crap on the way home. spewing quarts or oil all over my windshield. Mickels feed line blew out so we have to tow the car..-_-;; he should just get a 240... woul drun a heck of alot better right heh heh. anyway, have a blast guys see you next meet.

I used to goto monthly philly meets last summer, the plan was always to meet up at a scenic location i.e. fairmount park and just chill and have a bbq or something. We were satisfied in just knowing that we could meet up with a number of people who shared a common intrest, talk about other meets and events that some people may have not known about or helping someone with thier car or a hookup on parts. This is how most meets are.
We're getting bigger, finding a spot where so many people can slide around without thinking of the consequences is getting far-fetched. A person or two may not care about cops but you have to think as a whole, as a group and what the majority thinks is best.
I would have never imagined meeting up with something like 15 usually fairly cool non-ricers in DELAWARE.
Good to hear. I hate seeing cars that aren't used for what they are built for: driving. My buddy and I have been pulling some all-nighters to get closer to the completion of his FD...once it's done we'll come meet up with you guys soon. I'll be in touch....Fred166gac said:

And Esco your so right just to sometimes sit around and bullshit and not have pressure to leave is great. And listen to peoples advice (even though some think they know it all), and what thier opinion is, its gives one an open mind.
but I would like to go back to being co-pilot in ones car agian
but i agree some should just not talk, they find any excuse to why they didnt show, I dont know how many time you have to tell someone it dose not matter if you have a car or not just come out, hence look at me I have car but its not a rear wheel drive and I cant drift it, plus I am a woman so no one should have any reasons not to show. you could always ride shotgun like I do to learn what they do.
The drive home was so relaxing, I love long drives just hearing the engine make its tunes.

but it's more of a shits and giggles type of thing for me, my 2 cents is that maybe we should try keeping it something simple and short so that people will remember our site.
