Will it hold up to the 50 shot of nos reliably On stock internals. I have an intake and and exoust on it but i just want to know if it would be safe for it with out having to worry about blowing the motor up with a 50 shot.

you should do a 150 shot, make it worth it, lol. might not last, but, eh, then you can swap another motor. but yeah, 50 shot shouldnt hurt it too bad if its in pretty good condition and you do it right.

Nitrous can be safe to use if you know how to use it. Just like forced induction lean it out and its gone. Maybe invest in a good B&M fuel pressure regulator and gauge set, most kits have a pre-rev limit set @ WOT so its basically fool proof as long as you have the fuel you need. If your gonna do a swap might as well have a little fun first.

if you lean it out it will undoubtedly kill it. A 50 shot on any motor isnt that bad as along as everythign you need to run that SAFELY is in place as well. Hell Ive got a friend running 75 shot all day on a D16z6 honda and they have notoriously weak bottem ends. Its gonna depend on what kind of kit your running and how your gonna get the extra fuel you need to compensate. Again I would recommend at a minimum an adjustable fuel pressure regulator and gauge set. If your worried your gonna blow your motor the just dont install it,, you could build that Ka to the hilt and still blow it, nothing is guaranteed.

i ran a 75 dry shot on my KA24DE for a year and it never blew. went 13.7 in the quarter with it plus i had a ton of other mods. Seems like ages ago haha

Your motor should be fine as long as the fuels there. Just dont use a WOT switch...it sprays only on wide open throttle. The only problem with that setup is if you miss a gear it will still spray and you will over rev and definitely brake something. Remember pistons and valves dont like to touch.

If you miss a gear that doesnt mean you'll be @ WOT if you miss a gear and slam you pedal to the floor your gonna have problems anyway.

Thats why WOT systems were made to keep shit like this from happening.

.....why do people like you comment? This thread is going to end up getting locked

Ive seen a 75 wet zex system on an almost stock ka (intake/header back exhaust) and the car ran like hell... in a good way. Plus if uno and tom tom have already agreed with you, it should be safe. The guy I knew that did it just put in a walbro, and an fpr, and a pressure gauge up front for his bottle and fuel.
