will my heat still work if i remove my ac?
how much weight would i be saving if i remove all ac components?

I wouldnt imagine that it wouldn't be that much, compressor/condenser/etc.., the advantage you would get would be the free-er revving engine cause you wouldnt have to deal with running another accessory item on the serpentine belt. I think your heat will still work. Hope it helps though

the ac compressor is heavy as hell all my stuff is gone every pound counts with 4 cylinders. Also when deleting the ac I used the ac fan and hard wired it to my radiator so I wouldn't have to put that big bulky fan back on my water pump. So by deleting the ac you save weight, crank can spin easier, you get a electric fan and you get to lose that big pos in front of the motor.

I never broke mine. I just couldn't see the point in beating on a 20k dollar car when I picked up my 240 very cheap with a lsd in it already.
just give me a price for the compressor. I live in E. TN
I broke 3 trannies they suck the sti trannies are the bomb though. I'll sell you the compressor for $50.00 shipped. I think the shipping will be expensive because that bastard is so heavy.
