Took a couple of the tests but not all of them they arent that hard you just gotta study for it snap on makes a series of books to prepare you for the tests

 

Not yet, will be after I graduate HS though. However, I go to a vocational school for automotive technology, and my teachers a stickler on these kinds of things, so he gives us a test every week that is exactly like the ASE tests.

My Collision/Paint instructor is the same way, he would lecture us every week about new things and we'd have I-CAR test every week to be prepared for when we take the tests..(I-CAR is like ASE but for the Collision Repair area of the automotive field.) My auto instructors werent so keen on making us take tests every week, but it was ok..(got to bring my car to the shop and do all type of work to it..)

Im still thinking of when to go take my I-CAR welding test.. :heyhey

 

I've passed 5 tests... but not certified... still need one more year of experience

 

I will be. I can't wait!!
