Auto to manual swap! wont start!!!

Hey so picked up a coupe shell that was previously automatic but i think was being swapped over cuz had cutout for clutch master and had the neutral/park switch at the fuse box in the enginebay jumpered together, so i swapped over my sr from my hatch and everything and car wont start.. the coupe is a 89 basic model that had a single ka, where im at right now i lost my "A/T shift lock unit" box thats up under the dash looks like this :Kodak 5-26-11 061 | Flickr - Photo Sharing! but mine was orange...
but idk if i need that at all...
2nd i have my sr upper and lower harness plugged in and everything but idk why there are 3 plugs that hang off the fuse box in the engine bay that have no plugs going to them.. example pic:http://www.flickr.com/photos/68387910@N07/8571989885/in/photostream
idk if those plugs come off the ka lower tranny harness or whatever but i have to use my sr lower harness of course...
and also idk where the hell my oem coolant temp sensor plug is that runs inbetween the lower coolant hose.. i remember the plug came right out of the fuse box..but the coupe doesnt have it!! .. had it on my hatch which was also an 89 basic with single ka but was manual... but when i looked for it on my hatch harness i couldnt find it either.. lol wtf... i looked all over and everything that is said on forums is done i think but still wont start please help!!

are you talking about the button that when u push the clutch in to start car? yea the clutch has that but there is no plug to plug into it!!! since its an automatic before!!!!! thats why you do the bypass in the enginebay if thats what your talking about its already done but still wont start.. idk..

ok also the wirring harness on the inside was cut so i connected it as much as icould b4 i got to a few wires that were the exact same, black wires, red and yellow.. so idk if you know which way they go or if i should buy a whole new inner body harness... but that shouldnt be the reasson why im not getting anything on the tach when i turn the key..
