DE Swap using Auto ECU harness in a 5-speed??

I have done a lot of searching on here and google and just can't seem to find exactly what i am looking for so here's the deal.

'89 Coupe swapping in a '91 DE. The '91 donor car is an auto and the '89 is a 5-speed. So when all is said and done can use the auto harness or should i just "blend" it to the 5-speed harness? The 5-speed harness is pretty beat up thats why i am trying to use the auto harness if possible.

I would use the manual harness or both. You will need the manual harness for the connectors that mate the lower engine harness to the chassis harness. Depending on what you want to keep, you can pick and choose what connectors to hook up. I took out everything I didn't want so I was left with: alternator, oil pressure switch, starter, and reverse sensor IIRC.
