maybe something is getting stuck in the track. take off the door panel and just take a closer look.

 

ive stripped everything apart n looked but it seems to be fine..only thing i can come up with is maybe the brushes are dirty on the motor

 

window motor is going bad.

 

Doesn't actually mean the motor is bad, but unfortunately in some cases they are.

let me help you. I had the same situation happen to me 2 years ago.

my window would go down but not up. I would have to tap the door panel to hit the insides. to get it to work. I found out it was a loose connection at the window amp.

make some bends and have pressure at the window amp connection, try every angle to see if that helps.

if not just replace the window amp, its going. (it happen to me yesterday, just replaced it and it works good as new. if your window has been going up and down slowly lately more than usual then you know its the amp thats going)

 

Yep same problem here.. went thru two window amps (that lovely one touch down feature) before i finally just bypassed the amp with two relays 10 buck fix still going strong after three years..:twocents:
